What Does It Mean to Join as a Member?
Membership confers many benefits, including access to thousands of training programs at no additional cost, Union exclusive discounts, and a countrywide network of professional stagehands who understand the importance of solidarity. But most importantly of all it grants you a seat at the bargaining table. As a member of the local you have a voice in how to improve the wages and working conditions of our contracts.

What if I don't want to be a Member?
As a Hiring Hall operating in a Right to Work state IATSE 927 does not confer any advantage to members over non-members in regards to work placement. If you would like to work as a non-member referral please see the New Referral Application here:
